Birth Announcements might be simple to make. You could choose to call all of them over the phone which could be time consuming and costly but too personal or could decide to shoot an e- mail out to all of them which could be casual way of letting people know about the new born. But if you are really excited about it and want to make it really special and different then you should be sending a photo birth card to both near and far away people. This way you are not only displaying your baby’s picture but also trying to let them know how special this moment is in your life. These could just be announcements or also act as invitations for the baby shower which takes care of two things at the same time. This is not time consuming or costly but has a personal touch to it at the same time.
The same applies for a Graduation Day even as well. As school or college students, they are always excited about the last day in school or college. But the graduation is a kind of reunion that happens after a few months and could be exciting. But to ensure that you have the maximum people coming in , graduation invitations need to be catch and have a message that says that people are there waiting to meet again in great anxiety. A simple message on the Graduation invitation telling that “we are out there” or a simple picture of a gang of students wearing the coat and the graduation hat could go a long way in getting bigger crowds.
